display freezes on internet

I have build 8053 2017 and the help file does not load. Goes to internet and then blank page, can any one help

Gary, the help file would normally just point to the ATIH 2017 User Guide which you can go to directly via the All Product Documentation link in the left column 'Useful Links' section here in the forums.

If ATIH 2017 is installed correctly on your computer, then Help will point to a local copy of the User Guide stored on you C: drive at file:///C:/Program%20Files/Acronis/TrueImageHome/Help/help/en/index.html#35899.html - sp if this is not happening for you on your computer, I would recommend doing a Repair install of the ATIH 2017 software.

To do a Repair install, simply download the full Acronis installer from your account then install this over the top of what you already have installed - this will 'repair' any broken links, DLL's etc without affecting your backup tasks.
