How do I get a refund?

Thread needs solution

At each turn it seemed as if I needed to pay more to simply do what I expected. Extra for Mirror backup, extra for support, etc. Then I found out that Windows 10 backup/restore is more than adequate. I would like to know how I can get a refund.

To request a refund you need to open a Support Case with Acronis Support by going to http://www.acronis.com/support/contact-us.html then either selecting PreSales / Licensing or by selecting your actual licensed product and signing in with your Acronis account credentials (email address & password).

We are just users here in the forum so cannot help with this type of issue other than make suggestions.
