How do I move registration to new email address?

Thread needs solution

I purchased a new version of ATI and it autoregistered to my old account. My old account has an email address that is no longer valid. So I created a new account with my current email address, but I can't seem to move my registration to my new account. Please advise.

David, welcome to these user forums.

Please raise this issue directly with Acronis Support as they will be able to get the registration moved for you and perhaps update the old email address.

Click on the link for Support at the top of the forum page, then scroll down the new page and click on Contact Support, then select Presales / Licensing question, then scroll a bit further and click on the Live Chat / Chat Now option.
