Keep getting errors with 'may be blocked' type

Thread needs solution

Keep getting errors of this nature recently. Can be dozens in every backup.

Any ideas?

imacken, from your screen image, this looks to be an issue with Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) rather than your original source data.

Please download / run the Acronis VSS Doctor utility program (run as Administrator) and see if this shows any error messages.

You can also try switching the Snapshot mode as per KB 59440: Acronis True Image 2017: 'Snapshot for backup' option overview for your backup task and see if the error messages go away when not using VSS?

The MVP Log Viewer app may also help with showing any other messages written to the backup log(s).
