Last backup info vanished!

Thread needs solution

A few days ago, I upgraded from Win 8.1 Pro to Win 10 Pro Version 1703 without any problems. I also upgraded from ATI 2014 to 2017 New Generation, did a full Image of C & got the green checkmark. Today I've discovered that the "last backup" & "total size" info, the "recover disks" & "recover files" fields vanished. There's also no "Validate" command anymore. My comment is still there. There's also a minor problem with Active Protection as it prevents ATI from being started via "RocketDock" although I added it to the permission list. Nully, please see the Acronis True Image 2017 FAQ document in the left column of the Forum under Useful Links, which states:

If you already have Acronis True Image 2016 or Acronis True Image 2015 installed, there is no need to remove the old version and reinstall the software. Start the installation file of Acronis True Image 2017 and install the product. After upgrade, create a new bootable media.

If you already have Acronis True Image 2014 or older versions, you need to delete these first and then install Acronis True Image 2017.

Some of the problems you are seeing could well come from the fact that you have upgraded directly from ATIH 2014 without uninstalling this first.
