Non-Stop-Backup problem

Thread needs solution

I have always used NSB but the 2017 version appears to have some bugs: From Acronis1.jpg you will see that I have chosen Today's version of outlook.pst to restore, if I then choose outlook.pst from a month ago the file size is exactly the same, whichever back date I choose the file size remains the same, in previous versions of TI the previous choices were very obvious and easy to select and all versions had different file sizes.

Peter, looking at your two screen shots, the PST file has the same date / time stamp in both captures even though you are choosing different restore points, as well as having the same file size.

I can only suggest raising a support case and let Acronis support try to explain why this is so?

There is something strange going on with *.pst and *.ost files. I did a search on my main system and in each case the last modified date for *.ost files was shortly after I built the system. The file size of the *.pst in some cases had not changed, but there were multiple files for the same account, one with last accessed date shortly after the system was built. In the latter case they were for emial accounts with relatively few emails. (As I understand it, *.pst files are for POP configured email and ost for MAPI and Microsoft Exchange Server configured email.)

I am using Windows 10 and Office 365 Business.

Thank you Steve, I have escalated to Support.
