Single Image Backup For Multiple Computers / Maintain Office Activation
I have about 40 computers, all completely identical. These computers are sent out for projects and come back and are required to be restored back to my image.
I would like to make a single image of one computer and install it on all of them. Windows 10 stays activated (thank you for hardware authentication) but Office will get deactivated and requires me to put in the key again (I have a limtied number of times I can use the key). Restoring from the same computer doesn't deactivate it of course.
My question is how can I maintain this office activation (or can I) with a single image for all 40 computers.
Computers are running Windows 10, unfortunately not Pro or Enterprise. Office is 2013 Professional

Hello RS,
In addition to what Bobbo said, you can also look at enabling the option "Recover disk signature" in the recovery wizard under bootable media. Note that it appears only with entire disk backups - it does not work with individual partitions restoration.
I also recommend you checking out a trial version of Acronis Snap Deploy: http://www.acronis.com/business/enterprise-solutions/image-deployment/
It also has the option for keeping the original disk signature. Acronis Snap Deploy has been created specifically for cases like yours - for massive system deployment and would be much more comfortable to use compared to Acronis True Image for your purposes.
Regards,
Slava
