ssl connection has failed while trying to use the Acronis Cloud after upgrade to v5554

Thread needs solution

Hello,

After we upgraded to version 5554 our backup to the Acronis cloud has errored, see the error:ssl connection has failed.

We have run the AcronisCloudUS1Check software to prove all our ports are open and working.

Any help would be appreciated.

Technut, with Cloud connection issues, you will need to contact Acronis Support directly as we have no access to the systems being used.  Click on the link for Support at the top of the forum pages, then look for Contact Support down on the right side.  You can use the option to Chat Now that this provides.

A restart of your PC would probably help.  Shutdown the PC then restart.  It may be necessary in some cases to reboot your router or access point as well.
