2 Problems trying to get folder restored

I was doing some work on my PC installing a removable drive and I beleive I rebooted system early and right now 1 of my folders with needed files need to be reinstalled and I have about 4 copies 1 full and 3 incremental and no matter what way I try to get to the folder that was installed at least 2 backups ago because I was able to get the last backup and it has the same problem where it thinks its a new program even my backup of the key wont work plus it really to quite awhile the get all the settings right, Its much easier to overwrite this new bad data but when I try to access any other than the last backup when I try to use the c: drive where everything starts from it says there is nothing in the folder and I also having a problem mounting the drive tried many time up to 10 mins and nothing is happening so I am going to be po if I cant get to the folder and files I need for this fix which both acessing the tib directly used to work and while its somewhat slow to mount a drive its always worked so how can I fix these problems asap?

techman, sorry but I am having difficulty in understanding exactly what you are trying to do and what the problem is that you are seeing here?
If you are still having a problem, then more information is needed:
What type of files are you trying to restore here?
From your initial post, it sounds as if this is program related - if so, then you cannot use Acronis to restore programs unless you do so as part of a full disk recovery that includes the Windows OS.
See KB 19296: Acronis products cannot be used to transfer applications to different system or upgrade OS

Well it was late and had been trying fix my problem all day.
I tried to get folder directly by by using mounting the drive and after many attempts I gave up,
I did a reinstall which didnt fix the mount problem .
On previous versions of ATI I would use the file manager and go to get what I needed but when I tried this the only way I could dig down to the folder was on the last incremental that was made when I try to use different backup when I would get to in my case my c drive it just said no files found as so as I clicked on the drive to find the folder not sure if that how it works as even when I opened the 1st full backup I see the drive and cant go any further.
So I went back to ATI program and used to recovery to access my missing folder and it showed the different backups and once I clicked the older backup I shaw that is showing the drive files and folders and I was able to get to the folder that had the backup I needed and actually it allowed me to copy folder back and overwrite my files.
I still cant mount my drive and I tired for at least 10 mins on a few attempts and had to use the task manager to kill the process.
My I have a 800-900gb backup but I have a very fast system with 16gb or ram so I dont know if that the problem but I thought I post that info as well.
