IF RESTORE THE ACRONIS TI 2018 BACKUP ONLY C:/
MAY PROBLEM FIXED???
This HAS ANY INFLUENCE IN F:/ RAID 1

c:/ data is mostly 99% programs and system windows 10 files

with this Acronis TI 2018 should only fix/replace changed files since the backup, so all files that currently Not changed[are the same] from 09-Nov-2019 [backup date] till now will Not move or change---remain intact....?

Lse, when you did your backup in November of only C:\ - was this a Disks & Partitions backup or was this a Files & Folders backup?  This is important as the latter cannot be used to make a successful OS recovery!

Next, where is your November backup stored?  Is this stored on an external drive or is it on your F: RAID drive array?

If the backup is on the RAID drive then you will need either to have RAID that will show as a single drive in the Acronis rescue media because of being implemented in BIOS or hardware, or else will need to create WinPE rescue media with additional device drivers for RAID.

The Linux rescue media does not provide support for RAID if any drivers are needed and no drivers can be added to it.

When using rescue media you must also match the BIOS boot mode that your Windows OS uses to avoid migrating to a different partition scheme.

See KB 59877: Acronis True Image: how to distinguish between UEFI and Legacy BIOS boot modes of Acronis Bootable Media for more information.

FYI

DID ONLY THE C:/

Disks & Partitions backup

TO EXTERNAL USB 3 HDD

Not on RAID 1

what you mean by:

When using rescue media you must also match the BIOS boot mode that your Windows OS uses to avoid migrating to a different partition scheme.

For GUID/UEFI what use...? I think this 2017 new PC custom build is GUID/UEFI

Run the command msinfo32 in Windows and look at the BIOS mode shown in the right panel - if you have a UEFI /GPT system, this should show as UEFI.

When booting from the Acronis rescue media, this needs to match the above setting as per KB 59877: Acronis True Image: how to distinguish between UEFI and Legacy BIOS boot modes of Acronis Bootable Media.

In settings > updates I can Not update and get

Error code: (0x80073712)

how debug this problem

how understand is it SSD/nvme hardware problem or software OS win 10 pro problem??

if the latter may be solved by applied updates with media creators tool???

Please see the following webpages dealing with this update error.

Webpage: Fix Windows Update Error 0x80073712 on Windows 10

Webpage: How To Fix Windows Update Error Code 0x80073712?

The approach that I normally follow tends to be a mix of the above, i.e. run the Windows Update Troubleshooter tool, stop the Windows Update & BITS services and rename the Software Distribution folder and if that doesn't fix the issue, then download the latest Windows 10 build 1909 setup file and do an in-place upgrade of the same from the Windows 10 desktop.
