ATI Won't Backup OneDrive Folders to Cloud after Windows 10 April Update

Acronis fails to backup any OneDrive files on any of my Windows PCs. All the files are stored locally; "files on demand" is disabled. 2018 will be my last Acronis purchase.

Gary, please see the sticky topic below plus the many earlier responses in this topic about this well known issue that we are waiting on Acronis to produce a fix for.

Fair enough.  Thanks to all for the feedback on this. 

I have the exact situation as Gary Ellis above.

"Acronis fails to backup any OneDrive files on any of my Windows PCs. All the files are stored locally; "files on demand" is disabled."

Acronis seems to be running the backup, there is no error message; the message says the backup has completed successfully.  However, the backup file is empty.

As the recent discussion has been about 2019 Beta, it does not have the workaround that is in the latest build of 2018 - however excluding the OneDrive folder from backup is a holding solution rather than a permanent one.

Please post comments relating to the beta in the ATI 2019 beta forum to avoid confusion.
