Bug in current Acronis User Form Search entry box when browsing with IOS device

Thread needs solution

Currently if using an ios device (iphone, ipad maybe others) and the user has selected SUPPORT->User Forums-) if the user wants to make an entry in the SEARCH BOX at the top of the page, the FIRST entered character is accepted and echoed as a random character:  For example entering "A" results in "\". Some characters are logged and displayed as any "random" character of another character set (or high-order bit maybe be set to a "1").  Entered character after the first are seemingly handled correctly; and the issue does NOT happen using Windows!  This "bug" does NOT occur when making search entries in other site sections (for example, in the Knowledge Base site area.  Tested on 3 Apple devices of varying age.  Ios version 12.2

Robert, this looks to be a bug in the way that the Safari browser interacts with the Acronis web pages / design, so would recommend that you send a private message to Ekaterina as the Forum Moderator so she can raise this with the Acronis web team for investigation.

Note: I was able to replicate the same issue on my iPad running the latest IOS version.
