Mac Mojave True Image 2018 Failing

Thread needs solution

My backup is failing to my Synology NAS ever since I updated to Mojave.

The error is the following:

Failed to enumerate directory 'Macintosh HD:/Library/Application Support/com.apple.TCC/'. It may be corrupted or does not exist. Please check the disk for errors.

I have absolutely the same problem with Mac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017).  Tech support suggested to try the 2019 version but still the same problem. 

I did check the disk for errors, but it is fine. 

I have had 2018 for less than a year and it doesn't work on Mojave. Will there be a fix from Acronis or will loyal users to be forced to look for alternative solutions that will work. It is not acceptable for a 2018 release to stop working in 2018.

Does anyone else feel the same as I do, I have used Acronis for years and would like to continue.
