Не могу установить Acronis True Image 2018 (11530)
При установке выдается ошибка:

Сведения об ошибке:
%1 не является приложением Win32.
В системном журнале событий появляются записи, указанные во вложении: проблема в службах TIB и Scheduler2.
По указанным в описании событий путях файлов этих сервисов нет.
Пробовал устанавливать как полную, так и веб версию установщика. С правами администратора, и под локальным администратором (компьютер в домене)
Win10 64b Enterprise. Все обновления установлены.
Чистил систему с помощью Acronis Cleanup tool, и ставил снова - одна и та же ошибка.
Установка производилась в том числе с отключенным антивирусом.

% 1 is not a Win32 application.
In the system event log, the entries specified in the attachment appear: a problem in the TIB and Scheduler2 services.
By the file paths specified in the description of the events, there are no these services.
Tried to install both full and web version of the installer. With administrator rights, and under the local administrator (computer in the domain)
Win10 64b Enterprise. All updates are installed.
Cleaned the system using Acronis Cleanup tool, and set again - the same error.
The installation was also performed with the antivirus disabled.
What to do?

What version / build of Windows are you installing ATI 2018 on?
Is this a Windows workstation or a server system?
Was this a upgrade from an earlier version of ATI 2018 or an older version of ATI?

Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit. Workstation. With all up to date updates.
This is a clean install. I do not have previous versions.

Can I also assume that you are doing the install from an Administrator account?
Also, have you verified the checksum for the ATI 2018 installer file to ensure it is correct - the checksum is shown in your Acronis account > Download page.
Please also see KB 46710: Acronis True Image: Installation Fails in Windows plus please look at forum topic: ATI 2018 not installing - not valid win32 application where another user reported a very similar issue with an earlier build of ATI 2018 that was caused by a recent Windows 10 change. That user wrote:
"I found the problem (or at least what was preventing the installation). I disabled the new security options that came with Windows 10 build 1703, more specifically, device guard virtualization security: Isolated User Mode and Hyper-V hypervisor.
After that, I have installed ATI without problems."

Yes, checksum is correct, and I use administrative account.

I did tests with disabled security options (device guard virtualization security: Isolated User Mode and Hyper-V hypervisor). Same result. But I have build 1709.
