Not getting email notifications

Thread needs solution

I'm haven't got any email notifications of completed backups, etc for several weeks now. Is that because my product is no longer supported? Seems silly if that's the case.

Which email notifications are you meaning here?

Those sent from the Acronis Dashboard servers, or those sent from the individual backup tasks running on your computer?

For the backup tasks, please check your Email Notifications settings for each task, as there is a possibility that these settings have been lost due to a recent issue on the Acronis servers.

For the Dashboard notifications, you need to open the Dashboard (from the Account page in the main GUI) then confirm that your computer(s) shows correctly, then click on the Account icon shown at the top right corner (silhouette of person inside a circle) and select Email notifications from the drop-down menu, then ensure your settings are correct there.
