I see a line about the connection being lost. Is this on your end or mine?

If this is an Acronis Cloud backup (as it looks to be from the log) then this is not unusual for times when the cloud connection is lost and the backup resumes later when the connection is reestablished again.

If you are concerned over the connection, then try using the Acronis Connection Verification tool as per KB 47145: Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool - you need to use the version of the tool which matches the Acronis Datacentre that matches where your backups are going to - this is shown on the Advanced options page for your backup task.

Hello dvnj,

The part below seems to be related to a metadata issue in this particular archive.

I would suggest contacting Acronis Support (link in my signature) for them to have a look into this.

I'm getting the same error with the same file path:

c:\bs_hudson\workspace\431\core\file\windows\winnt_dir.cpp:494, winnt_dir::OpenFile

So assume this is a problem with Acronis rather than my data

Michael, welcome to these User Forums.

Sorry but too little information to say where any issue might be generated from?  The error statement you have copied is simply one of the internal entries that is only of value to the Acronis developers, the other statements around this/these entries should give the bigger picture of what is happening.
