permanent license not working anymore
Hi,
bought a permanent license, one year ago. Now it did not start anymore, told me to do an update, but it is still not starting, says my test license has endet. But I had a permanent license.
What can I do?

Dirk, are you sure that you bought a perpetual license and not a subscription one?

Hello Dirk,
I've checked your account and only see a key from Acronis True Image 2017 for 1 computer Upgrade - this key requires a base full license to activate the software. Please send me a personal message (click on Send message under my profile) with the keys you specify to activate your copy of Acronis True Image, so that I can look into the situation. Do you perhaps own any other accounts, where the rest keys could have been registered?

Hello Ekaterina,
I'm facing the same issue: I have an old Backup & Recover 11 perpetual license which now it has started not working anymore. When I edit the backup job, I'm told I need a valid license to backup the hard disk of the workstation I've been backing up for years. Is there anything we can do, please?

Welcome to Acronis forums! Wound you mind attaching screenshots of the settings in your backup plan? Have you tried re-adding the license key (first revoke the license and then add back again)? Were there any significant changes on the PC in question (e.g. OS upgrade)?

thanks for the reply. Here's the screenshot of my backup plan: basically I'm told that "There are no licenses for backing up some of the selected data types. Such data can be backed up to online storage only". I'm trying to backup my local HDD to a personal vault stored in another computer in the LAN, as I've been doing for the last years.
I've tried now to choose to backup the entire PC rather than the single HDD, and at least the error has disappeared. Let's see if it works.

Try to apply steps from the article Acronis Backup 11.7/11.5/11 Errors Out with "A problem with licenses has occurred" or "Feature is disabled" and let me know, if this helped.
