Backups failing - errors in log refer to file not found

Thread solved

Just recently, Backups have been failing when external USB drive connected, and I don't have the expertise to make sense of the log file, and when I try to browse the directory it refers to, the directory doesn't exist. Could this perhaps be a result of an OSX system update?

Solution I'm guessing, is to start again, and make a fresh brand new backup from scratch, and erase/remove the incremental backup that has been in use for the past year or so?

Is it safe to paste the contents of the log file here? Its only 30lines long.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Brendon, I see this is your first post to the Acronis user Forums.

Yes it is OK to past, or you could attach the file (which often does not work when initially creating a thread).

I gather you are using a MAC; most people frequenting the ATI 2020 forum use Windows - you may get a more informed response if you repost in the (hard to find) Acronis True Image for Mac Forum.

Ian

Thanks Ian, I'll continue my quest on the Mac forums, much appreciated.
