Changing Backup Configuration?

Thread needs solution

Currently I'm testing Acronis. I want backup my files to the cloud. At first I created a backup configuration "Files and Folders" and excluded some folders. This worked.

Now I want do some finetuning which means that I exclude some additional folders. But I can't find any way to do this.

Is there any way to change the current backup configuration or must I create a new one every time I want change anything?

Matthias, there should be no problem with changing the Source selections for your Cloud backup, you just need to click on the Source panel in the ATI GUI and then make the changes needed.

Any currently selected folders will show as being darker than those not selected, and the files within such folders will show ticks.  Just checked this on one of my own backups with no issue.

I would say so but it's not. I use the MacOS version with an update every five minutes. I can't change the plan or the excluded folders. When I backup with defined times e.g. twice the day I can change the plan with all options.

I identified this behaviour in the last hour.

Matthias, thanks for clarifying that you are using ATI 2019 for Mac here - I am a Windows user with no access to any Mac systems, so not in a position to suggest anything further.

Options now are to open a Support Ticket with Acronis for this question / issue, or else ask about the same in the dedicated Acronis True Image for Mac Forum where other Mac users can contribute to the discussion regarding what can or cannot be done here?
