Dashboard: NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'Internal server error.Error code 100011

Thread needs solution

I am using ATI-2019, build 18100, and I get the following error message when I start the Dashboard:

'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'Internal server error.Error code 100011.

Furthermore, no email notifications are sent to my inbox after backup.
Is there a solution?

thx

El Vau, welcome to these public User Forums.

The online Dashboard is not dependent on the installed version of Acronis True Image but rather is dependent on your internet browser and your Acronis Account credentials.

I would suggest trying a different internet browser if you have one installed, or else clearing out the internet browser cache via the browser settings / options.

Hello Steve,

thank you for your fast answer.

I tried it with Firefox (Build: 100.0.1 64 Bit) and with Microsoft Edge (Build: 101.0.1210.47) under Win.10 Pro, 21H2, Build: 19044.1706).
Cache was cleared beforehand and the important services checked.

The following Acronis services were started:
- AcronisActiveProtectionService
- Acronis Managed Machine Service Mini
- Acronis Nonstop Backup Service
- Acronis Scheduler2 Service
- Acronis Sync Agent Service

Unfortunately without success, I get the same error message.

What is particularly noticeable is that no more notifications (emails) come into the inbox.
Did Acronis disable this option because the 2019 version is too old?

I tried it again on another PC with the same configuration.  But here too, the same error.

thx

Have you tried going to the Dashboard from your Acronis Account instead of from the installed ATI 2019 GUI?  I tested it yesterday and all was working fine for me.

Note: I don't see the Dashboard option in my ATI GUI because I deliberately sign-out of my Acronis Account after activating the application with a serial number.  I don't like or use the Dashboard.

If the Dashboard opens correctly going via the Acronis Account, then there might possibly be an issue with ATI 2019 on your PC's.  In that case, doing a Repair Install is recommended - see KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings - for details.

If you see the same issues with the Dashboard going via the Acronis Account, then check if you are using a vpn or proxy server in your internet connection configuration, as these can cause strange issues!

It was all to no avail.

I have now started a repair installation. No success, same error message.
I'll leave it like this and have to live with it.

Nevertheless, thanks for your help and the information.
