Inaccessible Boot Device -- BSOD

Hi,

I installed TI 2019 version 16410.  I created a USB boot device and backed up my Samsung 960 EVO NVME 250 GB.  The disk contains Windows 10 x64 1809 (UEFI, GPT).  When I tried to restore the same to a new Samsung 970 EVO NVMe 500 GB, I get the "Inaccessible Boot Device" BSOD.

I even tried to create the EFI boot partition manually after the failure but got the same message.  I have never had any problems creating EFI partition manually with Windows 10 1803 and earlier versions.

Any ideas?

Look in your computers bios at the Advanced mode, boot order or priority.  Make certain that Windows Boot Manager is first in the boot order.  If it is not listed first move to the first position in the order.  Save and Exit the bios. It should boot if the above needed correcting.
