License upgrade from 2018 to 2019
Здравствуйте, пользуюсь Акронисом с 2011 года, всегда обновлял лицензию до новой версии, но в этот раз не нашел как обновить лицензию с 2018 до 2019 версии. Теперь такая возможность недоступна?

The fact of the matter is that to write to tech support from your personal account there is no possibility, somewhere is missing this opportunity. The only option that was offered in your account is the forum. Before that, I communicated through my personal account without any problems.

They do not respond there, perhaps due to the fact that we have in Russia, the service is terrible.

Unfortunately, we don't have any control over this in the forum. I've typically not had any issue contacting support this way - especially when you choose the options for pre-sales. Maybe it's just the timing of when they're available based on location? My understanding is that Acronis has support all over the world though.

I write to the online support chat every day, but it is unavailable, so the message is sent to them by email. I haven't heard back yet.

Try sending a private message to Renata Gubaydullina | Product manager, Acronis True Image or to Ekaterina Surkova | Forum Moderator - either of whom should be able to help you progress this issue.

Strange in General, on RU page no to purchase or renew the product. Wrote take a look that reciprocate.

Guys I'm sorry! We have a license payment and updates now comes from the interface of the program itself and there is a "buy more" button in the profile, which misled me. Through it I updated the license to 2019, thank you all!
