No email notifications - ATI 2019
Hello everyone,
I have not received any notifications for over 2 weeks. In the dashboard I have marked all options.
Question: were the notifications switched off by Acronis with version 2019, build 18100?
Can anyone test and confirm this?
A new installation had no success.

There seems to be something seriously wrong with Global Notifications. I get it for some of my PC (more recent ones) but not for my older systems despite setting up Global notifications for those machines. I suspect that it does not depend on the version and build of ATI being used, since it is "managed" by the Online Dashboard.

Then I'm not the only one with the error.
The strange thing is that it has always worked globally and suddenly no longer. Checked all Acronis services, everything is ok. I have tested this on 3 different devices. On 2 older PCs from 2016 and 1 Notebook from 2020. Result: No notifications!
This leads to the suspicion that Acronis may have changed something on the server side.
This is very unsatisfactory because now no notification works any more after the local notification from Windows10 Pro (Ver. 21H2, Build 19044.1706) also no longer sends any mails.

Hello all...
The day before yesterday I switched off the global notification, all 3 options: Error, Warning, Successful, and waited 24 hours. Yesterday I switched all 3 options back on and waited again.
And today, oh miracle, the notifications came in again, many twice but still.
I'll wait and watch for as long as that goes well.
Should the problem be on the server side after all?

My email has received lots of global notifications this morning out of the blue! Acronis has fixed something on their server side to trigger this!

# By the way:
the error message when opening Dashboard no longer appears. No idea if this was related to.

I will try turning it off then one again after a short period and see if that helps, as it seemed to work for LV.

It still works for me. In the last few days, older notifications have kept coming in, including duplicates from the same day, even if jobs were only executed once. It seems as if the blockage in the line is loosening.
I will continue to monitor and report.

It did not work for me; only tried it for one PC on the problematic account. I suspect they are applying fix progressively and have not got around to doing it for the au1 server which hosts my accounts.
