Acronis 2020 Says Backup Disk "Not there""

Thread solved

Trying to run a differential backup that  has run many times before, Acronis 2020 says the backup disk isn't there. I can see and display the contents of the disk in Windows Explorer. I can also select "Open Location" in the dropdown for that backup and Acronis displays the backup's contents. But when I try to do the differential backup Acronis shows a red X on the Backup screen connection display (see image).

But if I select a different backup on that same disk Acronis has no problem running that differential backup.

As it suddenly can't find the backup disk for this backup, I can't trust that the any of the differential backups that I already have would work in a restore.

Has anyone come across this bug in Acronis 2020?

It is likely that TI 2020 has lost the destination location of the backup task.  This could be because of a drive letter change.  Your image shows the external drive letter as J:, is that the letter as the task has stored for this backup that will not run?

Unplugging USB drives and then plugging them back in later often cause this issue.  It is a Windows issue and not that of the Acronis application.
