Cloned SSD fails to boot windows 10
Recently bought a Samsung QVO ssd to upgrade from an hdd. Capacities are the same. Plugged in using the sabrent USB 3 to sata cable. Cloning went well but windows won't boot from the SSD? Secure boot is on. When I run diskpart and list the volumes it shows one of the cloned volumes as having a RAW filesystem

I tried both and they still came up with the same error. I chose "shutdown the computer after process is complete" so that when I got home from work I could unplug the drive then turn it back on.

What type of computer are you cloning from here?
Desktop / Tower PC or a Laptop / Notebook PC?
Have you removed the source disk drive and replaced it by the cloned target drive before attempting to boot into Windows?
If you are still seeing an issue, then try using Backup and Recovery instead of using cloning.
Make a full Disk & Partitions backup of your original HDD drive on an external backup drive.
Shutdown, remove the original HDD and replace it with the new SSD drive.
Boot from the Acronis rescue media matching the boot mode used by Windows.
Note: run msinfo32 to check what BIOS mode is used by Windows, i.e. UEFI or Legacy?
Recover the backup to the new SSD drive.
Check the Log information while still in the rescue environment / right-click on the log to save it to a USB stick.
Shutdown, remove the rescue media and external drive.
Attempt to boot into Windows from the new SSD drive.
