Guy, welcome to these public User Forums.

Sorry but the log does not tell us enough to be able to say what is happening here?

What exactly are you trying to recover here?
Disks & Partitions backup data?
Files & Folders backup data?
Was the backup data created by ATI 2021 or an earlier version?
What backup image file format is being used?  .tibx or .tib?

How are you trying to perform the recovery?
Starting from within Windows using the ATI GUI?
Booting from the Acronis Rescue Media?
If booting from rescue media, what boot mode is being used?  UEFI (required for NVMe drives) or Legacy?

Doing a restart from Windows launches a small Linux based OS environment which can give different results to using the 'Simple' WinPE / WinRE boot media.

Hello. I have taken a complete backup of my pc (in .tibx file format) some days ago (using Acronis True Image 2021) and now I want to recover my pc. But while recovering, an error occured and the recovery was not done successfully. The error code is 0x4001A. Same problem happened for my 2 PCs.

How can I recover my complete pc from .tibx backup file? Please see the attached photo.

Thank you.

Hello !

Could you please tell me if the issue was resolved after using the WinPE B.media as suggested properly by Steve? ( from the picture I can see you are using the Linux B.media so you should try the other one as alternative ).

And if not, could you please share the error code?

Thanks in advance!

Hello Jose Pedro Magalhaes.

Thank you for your message. I have solved my problem by other means. I did not go for the recovery from the backup. Actually I have installed some software that I was not supposed to install. Then my boss told me that uninstallation of those software would not be enough and he told me to recover the windows from the backup. But it was getting late to get the answer from the acronis forum. So I decided to uninstall the software and continued to work. Now I don't have any problem at all. But if I have any problem in future, I will follow the way which is given by Mr. Steve. Thank you.

Best regards,

Krisna
