I need to recover a file and I can't do anything.
-He is calculating the space of does not make the backup.
-Therefore, he does not allow me to recover.
-I can't access the support because it recognizes it as a valid key, but it can't register at the moment.
-Without the registered key I am not supported.
What is the solution?

Sergio, welcome to these public User Forums.

If you have not yet created a backup on your PC then you have no backup file from which to be able to recover anything!
