Notification Setup in True Image 2020 with Comcast

I have tried everything and been on the phone with support for 1 hour and Acronis can't get it to work!! Is it a problem, bug or something needed to get this to work. Can you guys fix the problem and leave detailed instructions?

David, welcome to these public User Forums.

I have no direct experience with notification setup for Comcast as I am in the UK where they do not exist.

Looking at webpage: Comcast Email IMAP and SMTP Settings - Tips and Solutions

the settings that should be used are as follows:

smtp.comcast.net with TLS for port 587 and authenticated with your Xfinity username & password.

Click on the option to send a test message after configuring the settings.
