True Image cloud suddenly incredibly slow

Is anybody else having this issue? I'm on the German server (and I'm in Sweden).
I'm currently doing a 4 GB restore for testing purposes, and it seems it'll take about 4 hours to complete.
For comparison, I got 923 Mbps download / 946 Mbps upload / 1 ms latency on speedtest.net just now, and I previously used to get at the very least 10 MB/s (not megabits) download from the Acronis servers, so a 4 GB restore should normally take about 5-6 minutes or less.
My latest backup times have been, from most recent to less:
35 minutes, 34 minutes, 8 minutes, 18 minutes, 57 minutes, 18 minutes, 1.5 minutes, 1 minute, 1.5 minute, 1 minutes, 2 minutes, 1.5 minutes... and so on.
Between 1 and 2 minutes has been the norm for months, and I haven't changed the backup set. No performance issues with the disks in question either; other backup software is running at normal speed, disk benchmarks are fine, and they work fine in other usage.
The slowdown started on August 10th; the backup at 12:40 was fine (1m 23s) and the one at 17:40 was not (17m 55s).
My image backup taken to a local disk is also running at normal speeds, so it seems the cloud service is the problem here.

In some testing I have done in recent days I have noticed slower speeds on US servers. Today I noticed my login has changed and reflects that I have 2 accounts which is accurate but until now it never showed the second account.
I have a feeling that some changes are being made in the cloud service. Could be at root of the slowness issues.

Recent backups to the Australian server AU1 have been much slower than few weeks back.

In addition to extremely slow upload speeds, as slow as 66Kbps, to the Germany server, I am getting frequent "The cloud storage is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." and "Network disconnected by timeout" messages. I have opened a support ticket with Acronis and await their response.
I have noticed that if you use the Acronis Speed Test at https://kb.acronis.com/content/59690 no matter which data center you select to test, it defaults to the Singapore center. What's up with that?

Not sure, but I noticed the same thing when trying to troubleshoot this.
This is probably the last straw for me personally. I'm still on 2020 since 2021 seems worse (can't disable active protection properly, for one, which is a must for me as it causes several issues for me), but 2020 also has issues.
Settings revert on their own, which recently deleted months of backups as my 999 version limited changed back to the default (and my 24-36 month limit changed to the default,3 or so IIRC?).
Active protection causes major performance issues with some apps (esp. Microsoft Flight Simulator) regardless of exceptions.
Full disk image backups take several hours to complete despite the initial taking more like 20 minutes.
And now cloud file backups also take 20-30 times longer than usual, and cloud restores are unusable unless you only need small files.
Edit: The initial backup took 7 minutes, 37 seconds. So "full" backups now take about 16 times longer, PLUS validation which takes longer than the backup itself. So in total the backup disk is busy for about 5 hours. Versus 7.5 minutes.

My cloud backup has been stuck at "Calculating the data size" for 13.5 hours. There certainly seems to be something wrong with cloud backups. Perhaps a recent Windows 10 update created a conflict? Or is Acronis doing something with its cloud data centers? I haven't received a response to my support ticket, so I can only guess at this point.

This is very odd. Recent backups problematic on one PC (835 Kbps) but on a second PC is respectable (15.6 Mbps). They are both being made to Au1 server. The only difference is that they are on different user accounts (why that should male a difference is beyond me).
Looks like something seriously wrong somewhere.

Seit heute Nachmittag funktionieren meine Backups in die Acronis Cloud wieder. (Data Center Deutschland)
