Hi Guys,

Need to ask for your valuable input again:

Since today I receive the following message when I shut down my pc (Windows 10, 1909, latest patches installed (cumulative 2020-01):

True Image terminates the current tasks. Please wait! The computer will be shut down in about 2 Minutes.

(Originally in German: Acronis True Image bricht die derzeitigen Aktionen ab. Bitte warten! Der Computer wird in ungefähr zwei Minuten automatisch ausgeschaltet.)

While this is not a tragedy it's still annoying - especially as I don't do much with ATI (2020) and don't expect relevant background activity either.

Besides - it returns again and again, even if I keep my machine running for about an hour and shut it down then - so wondering what those strange activities are and why they don't finish in a reasonable amount of time...

Any idea?

Normalerweise sollten im Hintergrund laufende Backups abgebrochen werden, und der PC heruntergefahren werden.

Es kann auch sein, das ein anderes Programm das Herunterfahren blockiert.

Ich würde mit dem Acronis Scheduler Manager mit "get list" Planungen anzeigen und mit "task zap" alle geplanten Aktionen der Acronissoftware und "Planungen" von den existierenden Backuptasks entfernen (nur die Planung wird entfernt). Danach den Backuptask editieren und die Planung wieder anschalten (falls gewünscht).
