Acronis Cloud down? Cloud backup not possible.

Thread needs solution

Hi,

for two days I can not backup to the Acronis Cloud. Furthermore I can not access my cloud backup via https://cloud-wr-eu1.acronis.com/#/dashboard anymore.

I tested access to my backup via different IP addresses and locations. 

My (German) error message (see attached image) states that the Acronis Cloud is not accessible.

Are there any known problems? Or something else I can try?

Axel, there have been several reports by users of the German Acronis Cloud servers of having no access over the past days.

I can only recommend that you contact Acronis Support directly if you are still seeing a problem with their servers!
