Extremely Slow Open Backup in Windows Explorer
I cannot believe that it is very very very slow to drill down an item in a .tib backup. I have 40GB file backup. I'm trying to access a folder in it for 10 minutes. I have 48GB RAM Xeon CPU. Full disappointment. I'm thhinking to ask for refund. This is waste of money.

Hello Steve. Thank you for the information. I have cancelled my subscription due to three reasons:
1. Difficulty to recover files. This seems OK if I perform the operation through the app instead Windows Explorer. I'm already doing this with Veeam. Again, thank you very much for your suggestion.
2. Active protection feature. This is something that I cannot like. I tried to disable it through app UI. But its Windows service keeps running in the background. I have noticed unexpected behaviours and some slow operations in my regular software development tasks. After some time I noticed that app UI shows that it is still active. Yhis feature is very annoying for me and I could not stop it.
3. After the installation there are several windows services installed and they keep running.
I think Acronis should also focus a very simple solution as well. Just like zipping some folders create backups in a fast and reliable way. Do not use system resources in the background no matter it its impact is low.
