How can I tell which backup is currently active

Thread needs solution

Using the True Image 2021 GUI I have several backups showing the blue arrow, indicating that they are either queued or active. I have in the past requested an "active" indicator, but  had no response.
I could click on each backup in turn to see the status, but given that the GUI can take minutes to respond to clicks, that is not something I want to do very often.
Ideally what I would like to be able to see (at a glance) is which backup is active and also some indication of the order the queued backups will run in. This shouldn't be difficult?
Finally, please could dev please do something about the GUI response times. As far as True Image is concerned, I should be the most important thing in the world. If I click in the app should stop whatever it's doing & respond reasonably promptly. Several minutes is not acceptable.
Also when I want the app to abandon backups & stop, it should stop immediately. For instance when I want to shut down the server. I've lost count of the number of times I have had to reset the system because True Image just carries on for ten minutes or so when I urgently need to reboot.
I would be happy if it gave the option to abort or finish the current operation. But it doesn't.

Keith, I keep a simple text document with details of my scheduled tasks so that I have an easy method of checking which one should be active.  Using this along with clicking on the notification list system tray icon (Blue square with capital white A), to check which scheduled tasks have completed and thus which one is next to run.

The system tray icon should show progress for the active task but doesn't identify the task so the only other method is to open the main GUI.

Regarding your comments to the Acronis devs, then you need to use the Feedback tool provided in the Help section of the GUI to get these to Acronis as it is unlikely they will scour through these forums to look for ideas from users!

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the response. I can use that going forward but what I would like is to have the software do the donkey work and present useful concise information to us users.
I already have used the feedback tool for this purpose. But no harm in doing it again.

I'd be surprised if Acronis are not monitoring the forum? It's got to be one of the best forms of feedback they have for their products.

Cheers

Keith
