Actonis Echo Enterprisse rescue disk for Optoplex 380

Thread needs solution

I replaced old machines with Dell OptiPlex 380 and the bootable Acronis disk does not have driver for the NIC card. Please send me driver fort the Optiplex 380

A few days ago I send request to Actonis support team but no answer. I have a job to do at our department I needf the driver badly.

Wlodzimier, I entirely understand your concern, and will do my best to help you. Please note that Echo version is an outdated product, it's not developed or updated anymore, so we cannot guarantee that it will support modern hardware.

You're right, it looks like the issue is caused by the lack of drivers in the media itself. In order to obtain the latest updated version, please download the ISO from your account, burn it onto the CD, and check whether the issue remains.
