Can using "Do not recreated NT Signature" create Active Directory domain trust problems?

Hello,

I have a network where I have imaged the machines using Acronis Echo server. Some of the machines may have been imaged using the "Do not recreate NT signature" option, which is not the the deafult. I have some general issues on the network such as computer group policy not processing on some machines and some machines losing their trust relationship with the domain. Is it possible that this could have been caused by using this option when imaging the pcs? I just want to rule out that this is not creating a problem with the computer objects in active directory.
