Default User Same Name When Restored (Windows)

Hello,

So I used ATI to copy a full image of a Test Machine, Administrator User Account is named A1. When i take this image and restore to another computer, checkbox for "Change SID" I'm left with a user account on my new Machine named A1.A1-PC. Not only this, but any attempts to create new Administrator accounts fail and display the following error, "User Account Service Unavailable".

Is there a way to fix how ATI names the Default Admin Account on the reimaged machine? Somehow it tampers with the Account Service.
