Since I upgraded my Acronis® True Image Echo Server® with Acronis Universal Restore® to build 8,398, my scheduled backups with the following message:

Faulting application TrueImageService.exe, version 9.7.0.8398, faulting module TrueImageService.exe, version 9.7.0.8398, fault address 0x00323782.

Can you please tell me what is causing this and what the fix is?

Got the same error here.. This is happening everyday before the scheduled task is supposed to start.

Event ID 1000
Faulting application TrueImageService.exe, version 9.7.0.8398, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.4455, fault address 0x0001bd02.

On the server where the application is installed I have some significant memory issues. I'm wondering if it is related with Acronis or if it because of something else. When my server crash, after the reboot, I get 3 or 4 Windows Pop-up in a row related to TrueImageService.exe asking me if I want to sent the error to Microsoft or not... ( I guess everybody knows what kind of Pop-up i'm talking about... )

Anybody got something similar?
