Startup Recover Manager can't see backed up by Management Console

Hi, im using True Image Echo Enterprise Server with Universal restore 8,9358,i'm backing up to secure zone by management console, but startup and recovery manager can't see this backup. However when i backing up by startup and recovery manager this time management console can't see backup. I reinstalled agent, secure zone but i've still this problem.

Our development team managed to reproduce the problem, and it was already fixed in the Acronis Backup and Recovery version. Unfortunately Acronis True Image Echo is no longer developed and updated, though it's still supported, so we cannot guarantee that the fix will be provided for the Echo version.
