i have a TIB file created with WS 9.1 and i cant get it to work with any version of VMware converter, they all say "the source parameters are invalid" and cant continue, hopefully some one can help this is a old machine with legacy software that need to be recovered,

Hi, Please follow all the guidelines while converting the images, and make sure that you posted the document in the actual converter forum.
