Wrong "Last Run Time" in Scheduled Tasks (ATI Echo Enteprise Server 9.5.8115)

Hi, I'm facing a problem to backup my Daily task running at every night time.

I schedule the Daily 10:15PM to backup a file that generated at around 10PM together with 2 small batch command files (1 running at 10:10pm, another 1 running at 10:30PM).

PS: I did put the batch file in "Pre" & "Post" command but failed even though the program tested successfully.

When the Scheduled Tasks automatically running and it failed me every day but if I manually run the backup (for testing purposes), it will run successfully.

The problem I found the Last Run Time was different with the Windows time (less 8 hour) no matter I run "Manually operation" or "Daily scheduled task"...

I'm running the Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2, and the Time Zone setting is "GMT+8"

Any solution given will be very much appreciated.
