So, yeah Hello All, seasoned Forumite here...
Installed ATI 15 a few days ago... and immediately started getting errors on my backups... including my full system images... :/
Fortunately my server is doing OK! for the time being...
However One system remains on ATI 14 until I figure this one out, Have had to delete an entire Cloud backup of 370GB :( of my main work system and replaced it with only Project folders, and still got the errors... :/
Read error or metadata content is corrupted.
Which links to a blank help page...
This happens on two backups which contain the same data, one is a collective inclusive of the next, the next is a single folder of a project containing a Windows 8.1 Project which is installed on the system in DEBUG / RELEASE modes which frankly should not be an issue... but it IS that folder and similar where it has this issue...
So I have lost an entire system backup and also apparently cannot use ATI for my backups for my projects because... it dies on backing them up... that and not to mention I was charged twice for my Cloud Storage in a single day... :/
Whatever happened to cleaning up backups manually?
'Sigh' will have to reinstall ATI 14 and deal with those upgrade banners via hosts...
Doubt there will be any help for this...
Is there an ETA for a post release patch?
I have few qualms about the removal of functionality, not even try and decide, even though it made no sense... but corrupt backups with NO support and also getting irritatingly long notification emails grr... what on earth is going on over there?
Where can I get a refund for the Cloud Backup service?
I should probably add, this was not an issue on ATI 14... can you stop posting the ads so I don't have to add the hosts line...
I appreciate the kind gesture of a free upgra-downgrade but come on... ^^

I have already deleted the backups in question and prefer a fresh reinstall anyhow...
But now sure what you want me to send you...
Tired... Wasting so much time just backing things up...
