3-user deal question

Thread needs solution

New here, though I was at Wilders 2-3 years ago :) and learned much from GroverH guides. Acronis has been working great for me. Flawless.

I have v10 on one computer, v11 on another, a messy affair.
I just saw a promotion email about 3 licences for a very good price.
I'd like to have the same version on both computers, and perhaps give a third licence to a relative since I only use 2 separate licences. Can I reuse those 2 licences? Or is this deal just for new users? I am not even sure how to ask the question or how to plan.

v10 is my main one, and I have to make sure that anything I do will be ok in whatever I do in the future.

I looked for some contact info and failed to find a way to ask this of Acronis by email perhaps.

If you are referring to Acronis True Image 2011 Home Family Pack you will be provided with 3 new licenses for Acronis True Image 2011 Home. You can use one license on one computer for as long as you like, but only on this specific computer. Please check our licensing policy for more details.

I know it's one license per computer and I obide by that rule.
But with the current 2 licenses I have, I'm exploring the options of unifying the version, and perhaps picking up a 3rd license. I will try the links you suggested.

It's hopeless.
I'm going in circles.
I saw the movies.
I've read every freaking link provided.
No help.
Once again I got email about a good deal on 3 products (I have 2 licences now)
No way to communicate with anybody and ask few simple questions about the sale and about migration.
No email addresses for help anywhere inspite of the fuzzy movie instructions.

Terrific application.

Horrendous support.
Even for a potential sale where a bit of advice is needed.
Shame on you, Acronis.
