"Access to the file or folder is denied"

Thread needs solution

Hello there,

When using Acronis to "Recover" from my non-stop backup, the window to browse the backups appears with a message at the top displaying "Access to the file or folder is denied". A spinning "loading" type circle is present below that but nothing ever loads.

The "Last backup" date and time is just a few minutes prior to attempting the recovery, so it appears Acronis is able to write to the directory.

The backup is saved at "\\\backups\\Nonstop Backup" and not to a mapped drive.

I am able to browse to this folder and view the contents using Windows Explorer.

I don't see where I'm able to configure a username or password for accessing the backup location in Acronis. It shouldn't be a problem as I haven't changed the login credentials.
