Acronis 2011 Home has dependency on windows\system32\WISPTIS.EXE

Just upgraded to Home 2011, and noticed the every time I launch the program, an instance of WISPTIS.EXE is also launched (a windows system file). The file is clean, and apparently supports Windows tablet input (even though I'm running on a plain vanilla desktop). What is most annoying is that the instance is left even after Acronis is closed. Why this dependency, which was not in my previous version (2009)?
