Acronis 2014 stopped working won't install
Hi I purchased a full version of Acronis True Image 2014 last Wednesday 4th Dec 2013.
When I've tried to install it I get an error message saying it has stopped working, and the install quits.
I cannot uninstall it because I get the same error message, and the uninstall quits.
I have registered my serial number ect. But after 2 days its not showing in my account so I cannot download a fresh version. Also I cant repair it that quits too.
So at the moment I'm stuck, cant go forward or uninstall because my product isn't showing up in My account I cant contact support or do anything.
What can I do to resolve this situation? I have paid for a product that I can't do anything with.
Any advice most welcome.

I would Choose Customer Care and Registration and Account Issues at the top (since your purchase is not showing under your account). Then choose Live Chat near the middle bottom.

Note, the Acronis suppled serial number key must be registerd by the user in order to receive the free 30 days support.
If key not registed, then register the key before contacting support.
Best to use copy and paste when working with the serial key.

Phil, see this http://kb.acronis.com/content/4834 and if that gets your key registered so then you can obtain technical support. If you're unable to get it registered using the instructions, then see if you can use the Live Chat to get it registered.

Thanks guys for your advice. I contacted Live Chat and the op resolved my registration issue. But despite spending 2 1/2 hours online with me he couldn't get Acronis to install for love nor money.
The case is on going.
