Acronis Clean up utility does not remove all ?
Used the Acronis Clean-up.exe to remove ATIH 2011 from my PC in preparation for installing ATIH 2013...but..upon initial launch of 2013 installer...got a screen message saying 2011 was still installed for current user only...and to uninstall that ?
What/how do I uninstall ATIH 2011 if it was installed for single/current user only ?
Re-ran true_image_home_cleanup.exe utility but Clean-up utility apparently does not remove current user only info ?
How do I remove ATIH 2011 if it was installed for current user only ?
Thanks....TiminAz

Only found/deleted 2 of the various files in system32 and or registry...restarted without issue...but
Same problem...2013 says can not remove following components because of single user install...but there are no components listed ?
Anything else to try

Well...a little bit...did give me a basis to start manually cleaning my system
Took almost an hour to manually search and destroy any and all Acronis entries in the registry. Even after the running true_image_home_cleanup.exe...still had to edit/remove dozens...if not scores of registry entries re Acronis
After extensive registry cleaning and restarts to be sure system is ok...I was able to install without issue ATIH2013 !!!
Very fortunate I had no system problems because as this link show I have no way to run the Acronis Recovery CD !!

Thanks Pat and to all who helped on these 2 issues...I will post back and let you know whether the 2013 rescue cd will load at system startup ???

If the standard Linux doesn't boot, you might consider upgrading to the Plus Pack and create a WinPE-based rescue CD.
