Acronis Decommisioned PC; How to "Document"?

Hi:
I want to remove a registered Acronis True Image Home 2009 from an older PC and install to a new PC. Acronis' Licensing FAQs say this is OK, as long as I "document" the decomissioned PC. Well, document with whom? Acronis? And how do I do that?

I think this is not applicable here as it says "...product that I already have on another PC or workstation". If you removed it, you do not have it on another PC. You can, however, create a dead-tree Hardware Audit and Tracking Journal and document it there, like big corps do, in case of the original PC is still in working condition but not used any more and no one is bothered to wipe its disk.
