ACRONIS Loader in BIOS starts - but then nothing happens...

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I succeeded in creating an ACRONIS Backup File.

I wanted to restore that backup file.
Everything went fine: I started ACRONIS 2014, it read the backup file, my computer restarted, ACRONIS Loader started - but then nothing more happened.

The last thing you can read in my BIOS is: ACRONIS Loader is starting and NOTHING happens...

What can I do?
Who can help?

Kind regards

Typically, it means there is a problem for the Linux-based recovery CD to work on your hardware. A glance at your picture shows you still have IDE drives, so I guess your computer is pretty old...
Regardless, you don't have many options. If you have a Windows XP computer laying around, you could create a BartPE-based boot disk and try on this computer.
Or, you can purchase the Premium version of ATI and create a WinPE-based recovery disk, which is using Windows drivers.

I have faced the same problem. I wrote to Acronis via feedback (could not do so via support within 30 days free support due to no error code) and have yet to get any response.
My computer is new one with SSD/UEFI boot(windows 8.1)
