Acronis on a LSI Hardware RAID 0

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm struggling with finding an image solution for my PC.

I've got a Windows 7 x64 machine, and I've got an LSI hardware RAID controller installed. It's 8 channel.

So I've got all of my data and files on a 4 Drive RAID 5 volume

But I've got my Boot, C: drive on a 4 Drive RAID 0 partition.

What I'd like to do is create an image of the C drive from time to time for protection.

Can I use Acronis for this?

I realize that Acronis will create a Boot CD, but will it include the drives I need to boot and have it find my RAID 0 volume?

Thanks.

Michael

Wow, nothing?

Can I ask a different question?

Is an LSI MegaRAID 9265-8i RAID controller included in Acronis Boot CD?

If not, is there a way I can add it?

Thanks.

Michael

I am surprised that no one has commented on this post Michael.

You can definitely customize the Acronis rescue media with specific required drivers, have a look at this http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ATI2015/index.html#2…
