Acronis One Click - Reliability?

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis 2010 home addition. When I use One-click Backup about 1/4 of the time it does not work and I get a message reading "Internal Error" and telling me to contact Acronis support. However, if I try it
again later in the day or the next day the One Click icon works fine
and I am able to create a back up.

This has been going on since I purchased the software and I find it very annoying. Has anyone else had this problem? I appreciate any comments or suggestions.
